RAJPARK Residence is a development project of the ATP construction company. The project consists of a multifunctional building A, which has three floors, no basement and three separate entrances. It has a capacity of 20 residential units and an area of ​​534.78 m2 intended for trade and services. Two of the three entrances will be equipped with a lift. Another multifunctional building B, has one underground floor and four above-ground floors. It has a capacity of 31 residential units, areas for trade and services, storage space and garages. Parking is solved by an outdoor parking space in the number of 66 parking spaces, a covered parking space in the number of 12 parking spaces or a garage parking space in the number of 12 pieces.
