Production manager

We are looking for an experienced production manager for our operation in Považská Bystrica. Main job duties: - Management of the locksmith workshop and quick resolution of problems that arise during production, - Supervision of compliance with health and safety rules, work rules, work instructions, procedures and discipline, - Responsibility for compliance with planning for individual production departments for each worker, - Training management employees, - Ensuring the correct allocation of documentation, - Production and maintenance planning, - Supervision of packaging and loading, Employee advantages and benefits: - work in a stable international company - work for only 1 shift - work for a permanent employment relationship - bonus system - meal tickets in the amount of 4.5 Euro - guaranteed drinking regime - 13th salary (Christmas bonus) - annual salary appreciation Basic requirements: • Reading technical drawings • Analytical thinking • Basic knowledge of problem solving (welding, painting, assembly) • English language - level B1 Salary offered: 1,200 - 1,600 EUR per month, depending on the candidate's experience.
