Rascal plus alarm device

I will sell an alarm device alarm Rascal +. We dismantled the device from the warehouse we bought, but the sensors were no longer there, it was only connected to the contacts in the doors and windows. The battery is missing and when it is connected to 230V, the tamper light is still on and the siren in the device is buzzing. The alarm comes with a manual and electrical diagram.
